The newest obsession.

I'd heard about Smallville for awhile, and the premise sounded interesting enough.  But it just somehow worked out that I never watched it.  I don't know why.  I don't know if it fell on a night when I had another show to watch, or if I was just being lazy, or what.  But though it sounded decent, I just never got into it.

However....in the past year, I've realized that a good deal of my friends are into this show.  Certainly more so than One Tree Hill.  (Not to knock my other favorite show....but I've found that when I say "One Tree Hill", most people make a retching noise in my direction).  I finally decided to get in and see what the fuss was all about.

Needless to say.....I got sucked in and have never looked back.  I've managed to get caught up on every single episode (save for the first half of the most recent episode - damn work for making me stay late!)  And, of course, I've got opinions.

Annnnnyway.  That's the extremely long version of how and why I got into Smallville.  Hell, I caught up on six seasons worth of episodes in probably six months time!  That should probably tell you something.  Heh.
